Oh hi!!

I’m Chrissy Flanagan, Sydney’s Sausage Queen, as well as a community maker, founder and joyful agent of chaos.

My career has been delightfully unconventional: a teetotalling vegetarian who became Australia’s most notorious sausage maker, brewer, and occasional political sparring partner (hi, Albo).

Along the way, I’ve made over 170 different kinds of sausages, run 14-hour live TikTok sausage-making marathons, collaborated with Prime Ministers-in-waiting, and launched thousands of baby sausage makers into the world.

For over a decade, I’ve built projects that connect people, spark creativity, and combat adult loneliness, from sold-out sausage-making classes to building a landmark Dulwich Hill institution, to a viral social media presence watched by more than 100 million people.
